01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phrus ("phrus," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phrus.cam. By accessing the phrus website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the phrus platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all services offered by phrus, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting, slot games, bingo, and any promotional or bonus offers. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the phrus platform and close your account.

These Terms are supplemented by phrus's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

Access to and use of phrus is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This requirement is consistent with the age restrictions for casino-style gambling mandated under PAGCOR's online gaming regulatory framework in the Philippines. Any person below 21 years of age is expressly prohibited from registering an account, making deposits, or participating in any game on the phrus platform.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

2.3 Verification Process

phrus conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete identification documents when requested. Accepted Philippine government-issued IDs include, but are not limited to: SSS/UMID card, PhilSys National ID, passport, and driver's license. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the phrus platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited. phrus employs automated detection tools to identify multi-accounting. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be immediately suspended, and all funds across duplicate accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided during account registration – including your full legal name, date of birth, address, email, and mobile number – is true, accurate, current, and complete. You are obligated to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes. phrus shall not be liable for losses resulting from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phrus Login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. phrus recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. You agree to notify phrus immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

• phrus will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
• Accounts are for personal use only; commercial use is prohibited.
• phrus is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phrus accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (now Maya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and other e-wallets and bank transfer options as may be updated from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically reflected in your phrus wallet within seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three (1–3) business hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. phrus does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which phrus bears no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed on the same business day when submitted before 9:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST). Requests submitted after this cutoff will be processed the following business day. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. phrus reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts above threshold limits established by applicable AML regulations.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may be set per payment method and are displayed on the phrus Cashier page at the time of transaction. phrus reserves the right to adjust transaction limits without prior notice. Players will be notified of any material changes to transaction limits through the platform's notification system.

05 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the phrus platform are final once confirmed by the system. You acknowledge that all gaming outcomes on phrus are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino, by real-time physical game events broadcast via video stream. phrus does not influence game outcomes in any manner that favors the platform over Players.

5.2 Void Bets

phrus reserves the right to void any bet or series of bets in the following circumstances:

• Where there is evidence of system error, software malfunction, or data feed failure that materially affected the bet outcome.
• Where a bet was placed on an event that was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned under circumstances covered by the applicable sport-specific rules.
• Where phrus has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed in violation of these Terms, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, match-fixing exploitation, or use of prohibited software.

5.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on phrus cover PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, and other events. All sports betting is governed by phrus's sport-specific rules as published on the platform. In cases of discrepancy between the platform's displayed odds and the final settled odds resulting from a manifest error, phrus reserves the right to settle bets at the correct odds as determined at the time the market was opened.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, and other incentives offered by phrus are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses offered by phrus are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 10x wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱10,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted). Specific wagering requirements applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

phrus strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts, exploiting software errors to receive unintended bonus amounts, using bonuses in connection with prohibited betting strategies designed to reduce risk to near zero (e.g., matched betting using phrus bonus funds), or any other conduct reasonably determined by phrus to constitute an attempt to circumvent bonus terms.

07 Responsible Gaming

phrus is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its products and services. phrus recognizes that for a small proportion of players, gaming can become a problem, and the platform is dedicated to providing tools and resources that enable Players to maintain control over their gaming activity.

7.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the Account Settings section of their phrus dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately. A request to increase a limit is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Players may configure session time reminders that prompt a notification at set intervals during an active gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers. To request self-exclusion, contact phrus support.
• Account Closure: Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting the phrus support team.

7.2 Age Restriction Enforcement

phrus enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all users in compliance with PAGCOR guidelines. If phrus has reason to believe that a minor has accessed the platform, the account will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and the matter will be escalated in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phrus platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Creating more than one account on the phrus platform.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with the phrus platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or exploiting match-fixing, sports manipulation, or insider information in connection with sports betting markets.
• Using the phrus platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity in violation of Philippine law.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in communications with phrus support.
• Charging back or reversing a deposit payment through your bank or e-wallet provider after using the deposited funds on the platform.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches to obtain funds or gaming credits to which you are not legitimately entitled.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phrus staff in any communication channel.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the phrus platform – including but not limited to the phrus brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and audiovisual materials – is the exclusive intellectual property of phrus or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phrus platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phrus content without express prior written consent from phrus.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phrus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the phrus platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

Without limiting the foregoing, phrus does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. phrus shall not be liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, third-party payment processor outages, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond phrus's reasonable control.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

phrus collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Your personal data is used for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, responsible gaming enforcement, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of platform services.

phrus will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (including payment processors, identity verification services, and game providers) strictly as required to deliver phrus's services. 12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your phrus account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any valid account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification requirements and these Terms.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by phrus

phrus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if phrus determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, presented false KYC documents, or if continued operation of your account would expose phrus or other players to financial, legal, or reputational risk. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violations, phrus may forfeit any remaining account balance.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phrus platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and phrus.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. phrus operates within PAGCOR's online gaming regulatory framework, and disputes may also be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its applicable procedures.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phrus reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, phrus will endeavor to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change. Minor amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter player rights) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the phrus platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at phrus.cam/terms-conditions with the effective date displayed at the top of the document.
